For the past 8 years Phil has resided in Milford where he and his wife have been raising their family. Phil was raised in Fairfield and holds a bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University. With 15 years of NYC commercial construction experience, he brings an educated eye to every property. Phil’s vast knowledge of construction combined with his local expertise made him a prime candidate to make the natural transition over to real estate.
