Susan enjoys living in Fairfield and serving the community through her real estate profession. Born and raised in New York, Susan is the oldest of five children. She is certified as an Early Childhood Teacher, has three children, and is married to a Director of Architecture.

In 1997 Susan and her family moved to Fairfield, Connecticut to pursue a less hectic lifestyle. Susan’s family loves living in the town of Fairfield and enjoys the gold coast’s beaches, lakes, farms, and educational programs.

Over the years, Susan has renovated homes with her husband both in New York and Connecticut, and her passion for real estate grew with each renovation. It was that passion that lead Susan to become a Real Estate agent. The Fanelli-Ritch Team was born through the partnership with her daughter, Genevieve. As a duo, they leave no stone unturned, and are always available to meet the wide range of their client's needs.
