Fran Varcoe a REALTOR enjoys finding things that her clients will love. Once upon a time it was locating the right books for library patrons, and later it was choosing the right books to send to very discerning lower Fairfield County book fairs. Since 2000, Fran’s focus has been on her CT Real Estate career. Fran helps clients find homes that they love and works hard to walk sellers though what is often a difficult transition for them.
When it comes to her clients, Fran puts them first. She treats people as she would like to be treated, and she keeps her word. Fran will research good financing options, schools or whatever her clients need to help them find a town they love and a home they can call their own.
Fran specializes in Fairfield to Milford and all in between. She also serves Norwalk, where she raised her 4 children. Now that her children are grown she lives with her 3 rescued pets, Foxy , a reddish brown terrier who looks like a fox , fuzzy, an elegant designer mix of a fuzzy white dog, and Charlie, a handsome middle aged cat who is so smart that when she held classes for the animals , he learned how to sit before the dogs did . In her spare time , Fran likes to catch up with her grandchildren, read, and play in the vegetable garden .
