Jeanne DeLoe is thrilled to join Higgins Group Private Brokerage. With her prior commercial real estate experience combined with her design expertise, Jeanne brings her creative vision when working with buyers and sellers of homes. Designing commercial spaces and listening to the client's needs is what Jeanne has enjoyed most. She has worked with all industries, both in-house and as a consultant, designing commercial spaces. In doing so, she has directed real estate needs in all capacities such as evaluating needs, negotiating space, designing space, managing build outs, and decommissioning space throughout the country.
Her focus most recently was on interior commercial space design, where she has received numerous awards for her work. She enjoys creating new spaces with her client's vision and goals in mind. Jeanne has worked with workspaces, offices, universities, hotels, clubs and corporate condos and homes throughout the country. Jeanne strives to achieve the vision her clients are proud of.
