On April 22, 2015, The Higgins Group celebrated their 18th year anniversary. The independently operated real estate brokerage has been serving Fairfield County buyers and sellers since the late 1990’s, and continues to this day to be one of the leading real estate firms in Connecticut.

It all started with Rick Higgins, who, with his drive and real estate expertise, established the firm without letting go of his proclivity for innovation. Three years after its foundation, Christie’s International Real Estate took notice of The Higgins Group and invited the company to be their exclusive affiliate in the Westport/Fairfield region.
The Higgins Group pioneered the use of cinematic video as a marketing tool in Connecticut real estate, and the company’s creative business model has brought the firm success in home sales.
