Wilton’s real estate market continues to show excellent advances over the prior year. The average list price was up 31% as well as the average sold price was up 38 %. Unit sales increased by 4 units. A slight increase in market time is the only negative in the Wilton market this month. It is a buyers’ market and now is the time to call the Wilton office of The Higgins Group to look at real estate for investment or first time home purchase!
